So on tumblr you come across of really great art *coughHomestuckfanartcough* which I usually save in a folder so I can look through it and go, "I want to be as good as these people someday!!" etc.
But the best thing is when you go on dA and look through your devWatch and you see the same art and then freak out because you've SEEN THESE PEOPLE'S ART BEFORE AND THEY'RE AMAZING AND AHHHH.
Thank you? Based on your other comment though I think you're trying to say "drawing" as in traditional art rather than digital, right? I think both take skill and neither should be "better" than the other. They're just different mediums, it's sort of like comparing ceramics to building a sand castle. There are similarities, sure, but neither is better than the other, and both have different skill sets needed to master them. I just happen to have more practice with a pencil than a stylus.
If that's not what you meant, I'm sorry for wasting your time. If it was, then I hope I don't sound angry? I'm not, I'm just trying to explain how I view it. You don't have to agree with me.
Anyway, thank you as well for the watch! I hope you continue to like my drawings.
naw man its ok. everything you said is correct! I like both hand drawn and digital. and both look amazing! I just have a soft spot for traditional art. its not that I think it looks better than when its drawn on tablet, I just think drawing by hand gives it a special look. by the way, you don't sound angry at all
